Civilian martyred, five wounded in unprovoked Indian fire across LoC
ISLAMAVAD: At least one civilian was martyred and five others wounded as a result of continuing unprovoked firing and shelling by Indian forces across the Line of Control (LoC), said the Inter-Services Public Relations.
The unprovoked fire by Indian forces martyred Abdur Rehman, 28, in Karela sector along the LoC, said the ISPR. Five other civilians including two women and two children were also wounded in the cross-border fire, who were under treatment at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Nakial.
Meanwhile, the Foreign Office of Pakistan also confirmed the stats, with spokesman Nafees Zakaria detailing them through his official Twitter handle.
